Planned Service Disruption Over Labor Day Weekend

Lincoln Park Community Credit Union (LPCCU) will be updating our core banking system software. Much of our work will happen behind the scenes, and our entire team has worked to ensure a smooth transition with minimal member impacts and disruptions. CU office hours remain the same.

What This Means for You

  • Service Interruptions: Please be aware that from the evening of August 30 to the morning of September 3, there will be no access to:
    • Online Banking
    • Mobiliti (Mobile App)
    • Tele-Linc
  • ATM and Debit Card Access: ATM and debit card services will be available but may experience limited functionality. We strongly encourage you to prepare in advance by withdrawing any cash you may need before the weekend.
  • VISA Credit Cards will work as normal.

Key Changes Coming:

  • Dividends:
    • Monthly dividends will be disbursed on July 31, August 31, and September 30.
    • Quarterly dividends will be paused and resume on December 31.
  • Statement Changes:
    • Monthly statements will debut a new format in September.
    • Quarterly statement recipients will receive a combined July-August statement followed by the new format in September. Regular quarterly statements will continue from December 31.
  • Tele-Linc Enhancements:
    • The contact number remains 800-983-9563, but you will notice several changes:
    • The initial password will be the last four digits of the primary member’s Social Security number.
    • You will need to update your password upon first login after the upgrade.
    • Navigation prompts will be updated for better usability.

What Remains the Same:

  • Your account, debit card, and VISA card numbers will remain unchanged.
  • The look and functionality of Online Banking, Mobiliti, and our e-Bill bill pay app will remain the same.
  • ACH transfers, direct deposits, and other pre-authorized payments will continue without interruption, requiring no reestablishment on your part.

To minimize disruption, please ensure that you conduct any necessary transactions ahead of the upgrade. If you typically use digital services over the weekend, consider planning ahead for this temporary downtime.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to improve our systems to better serve you. Should you have any concerns or require assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to our team. Thank you for your continued trust and membership at LPCCU.
